Philip Snidow (1756-1792)


A son of John Jacob & Elizabeth Helm Snidow, born in Lancaster County, PA. He migrated with his parents and family to what is now Giles County, Virginia ca. 1766–1768. Philip served as a Revolutionary soldier in Capt. John Lucas' Company (Virginia Historical Magazine, XLVII, 2, p.154). He married 2/14/1782 in Henry Co.
